HCD was founded by Bob Helfant. Bob has
drawn on 20 years of Information Systems
(IS) and Purchasing experience
and expertise to create a combined approach to consulting that saves you money
and time, and ensures the stability and ease of use of your technology. Clients' Comments: Bob was initially hired in August 2004 to assess the situation and present us with a comprehensive series of recommendations. He completed that task on time and his approach was so thorough that I then selected him to implement those recommendations and direct a process to upgrade all aspects of our technology. Our current situation is quite different. We have enhanced security, an operating environment where there is no unscheduled downtime and a professional look and feel in all aspects of technology. And we have an ongoing relationship with a conscientious and dedicated individual who is proactive on our behalf and functions as our technology support team. Bob handles all of our purchasing and submits all invoices in a timely manner and in great detail.
